FOR BRITISH COLUMBIANS HOWARD KELSEY & JOANNE SARGENT
Vancouver, BC – The BC Sports Hall of Fame is applauding the induction of two of its own
long-standing Honoured Members to the 2019 class that will be enshrined into the Canadian
Basketball Hall of Fame later this year: Howard Kelsey and Joanne Sargent.
